【规范】企业文化之不以规矩，不成方圆

规范是言行的标准。在院内的规范当中，大家最重要的就是能够知道、了解和掌握，在规范的框架之内进行自己的个人意识行为。院内的规范、规定就是我们言行的准绳，就是规矩，我们就是要依照这些准绳，实现自己的方圆。
